The artisans of Gosen City have preserved and refined traditional techniques that have been handed down through generations.  

 By combining this inherited craftsmanship with modern innovation, they create knitwear that is truly one-of-a-kind.

While the city’s textile roots trace back to sewing kimono fabrics, today these skilled artisans continue to perfect their knitting techniques, adapting to evolving lifestyles without compromising on quality.

A fundo is a weight traditionally used to measure objects on a scale. In the past, rulers cast large fundos in gold and silver to save money, and they were considered as lucky charms. Additionally, due to their distinctive shapes, fundos became popular in family crests and decorative patterns.

The knitting time is 1.5 times longer than usual, with greater attention to detail.

This bag has been meticulously knitted, taking 1.5 times longer than standard knitting. We ensure the fineness and uniformity of the stitches, creating a masterpiece that is both durable and beautiful.
